Dejan Kozelj

Mr. Kozelj is currently the Director of Rakita Exploration doo Bor. He received his PhD degree in 1999 at Belgrade University. He has 36 years of work experience in copper gold massive sulfide and porphyry deposit type exploration. He worked 22 years for RTB Bor and joined Phelps Dodge in 2004 before it was acquired by Freeport in 2007.

He was the Country Manager from the very beginning when the company explored all over Serbia in the Tertiary and Upper Cretaceous belts. He was also in charge of project evaluation in Europe. His current activity is focused on eastern Serbia where the world-class Cu-Au deposit Cukaru Peki was discovered. He received the prestigious Thayer Lindsley Award as a member of Cukaru Peki Discovery Team in 2016 at Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) for the discovery of the Cukaru Peki high-grade copper-gold deposits in Serbia.

Rakita Company Ltd. is a Serbian company, currently carrying out advanced project & exploration activities in the world famous Timok district of Eastern Serbia.

Rakita’s Timok Copper and Gold flagship project is the Cukaru Peki deposit, a high grade copper / gold resource located 6 kilometres south from the existing mining operations of RTB Bor.

Timok Copper and Gold project consists of two mineralized zones:

| Timok Upper Zone, a high grade massive sulphide body and

| Timok Lower Zone, a lower grade porphyry style deposit.
