- REGISTRATION CUT-OFF DATE- Delegate pre-registration will close on 7 June 2017.
- ADMISSION: Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.

- PAYMENT: Delegate and exhibitor fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via PayPal) or by Bank Transfer.
- DISCOUNTS: Pay before 15 April 2017 – 10% discount
- CANCELLATION: Cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com before 1 June 2017 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 1 June 2017. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 1 June 2017.
