- Exhibitor registration: Exhibitor registration closes on 1 June 2017. Exhibitors who wish to present at the Forum, must register before 1 May 2017.
- Exhibitor terms: The Exhibitor package includes hire of a table, chair and small area for a mobile exhibition stand (maximum width up to 1.3 m and height up to 2.5 m), Two admission passes to the Forum and Gala Dinner. All exhibitors are entitled to their profile and logo listing on the Forum website and Catalogue. All exhibitors are entitled to a complimentary presentation at the Forum. All exhibitors are entitled to 50% discount for purchasing additional delegate tickets.
- Panel hire terms: Panel hire includes hire of one panel (1 m wide x 2 m high) from 7 am on 14 June and end at 6 pm on 15 June 2017. One admission ticket to the Forum and Gala Dinner. One Speaker presentation opportunity (up to 20 minute) at the Forum. Poster presenters are entitled 50% discount for purchasing additional delegate tickets
- Advertising: All advertisements and inserts must be submitted before 30 May 2017 in accordance with the technical specifications.
- Payment: Delegate and exhibitor fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via PayPal) or by Bank Transfer.
- Discounts: Pay before 15 April 2017 – 10% discount
- Admission: Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.
Cancellation: Cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com before 1 June 2017 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 1 June 2017. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 1 June 2017.
